stormy weather
stormy weather, how was i to guess, how was i to guess?
dust and feathers but i am not impressed, i am not impressed.
you came thru and pushed me down and turned around in circles.
you came thru and fooled me once, you fooled me once.
stormy weather, how was i to guess, how was i to guess?
dust and feathers but i am not impressed, i'm not impressed.
you came thru and put me on the fence and stole my confidence.
you came thru and then turned around, you turned around.
jealousy mistrust, what's become of us, what's become of us?
It's been far too long I know. But it's time to start getting the lyrics out there. I plan to blog one song at a time over the next few weeks but I want to ask one thing from you: if you find that the lyrics to a song are different than what you thought, please tell us what you were singing in your head. It'll be fun!
The first song I want to get out there is "Shine On Me" 'cause I've been thinking about the lyrics lately. Here it is:
Shine On Me
satellite search hi and low,
look thru the night, turn every stone.
what you find i need to know.
As if we're not quite blessed enough, we've had the pleasure of hooking up with Black Sand Music, as of about a week ago. Actually, we officially signed a contract with them for placement in T.V. and film. Huge, huge, huge news for us to say the least! We are so excited to see what's to come of our new relationship with them!

In our latest effort to give away our music to those who undoubtedly need to hear it, each one of us spent hours and hours on the streets of Phoenix during the Tempe Music Festival handing out CD's. Though it seemed a truly daunting task we were able to give away 4500 of them (yes you can applaud us for that one!) outside the fest and up and down Mill Ave. A couple of them just so happened to land in the hands of some important folks at Zia Records who listened, liked what they heard and gave us a spot on a compilation disc they're putting out in the near future. Gotta love it! Thanks Zia!!
Hello world. If you got a free CD we'd love to hear what you think. Comment here.
Some uber-cool stuff is in the works for Telescope right now! Recently, through a friend of a friend type thing, we hooked up with a guy who's involved with music licensing. If you know nothing of it, which we did not at the time it came up, a music licenser basically gets your songs placed in television shows and film. Something we more than likely wouldn't have sought out at this point, yet is a very, very welcome development for us and especially being that it just kinda fell in our lap. We will fill you in on the details.
